How much ice do I add?

The type of smoothie I am attempting to make is a zero calorie smoothie made with walden farms zero calorie chocolate dip or syrup, water and ice with a little cinnamon. I think maybe I'm getting too much ice but can't be sure.

I recommend making smoothies with whole food ingredients such as fresh or frozen fruit, optional vegetables, avocado or other healthy fats, optional protein powder or other add-ons. I can't speak to how to make the smoothie the right texture if you are only adding a chocolate dip/syrup, water and ice. For the typical smoothie formula I recommend, around 6 ice cubes is usually a good amount if using mostly fresh fruit. If using mostly frozen fruit sometimes as little as 1 ice cube is enough.
